It's 8:27 am and I woke up this morning feeling tired but ready to start a "new" day. First thing I did was weigh myself. I now weigh 162.8 with a BMI of 26. I lost a pound while sleeping...awesome. 1 pound to go until next friday :) I can do it!!
I'm totally realizing how hard it is to eat right. Yesterday here we're my meals:
Breakfast: Greenie Goodness; 1 serving
Snack: guacamole and chips
Lunch: fries and a chicken philly sub and apple juice
Dinner: 1 serving of mac and cheese and a washington apple martini
Hopefully tomorrow I'll be better about what I put into my body.
